Breads and Bakes has been in the business of baking for more than 20 years. Started with just pizza twists (our best sellers), we’ve added some classics along the way such as chutney rolls (pin wheels) and Baked vada pav.

We’ve chosen to remain a small bakery as we do this out of passion rather than a financial necessity. This helps us focus on a couple of things 

•  Freshly baked products - We do not bake the previous night and serve the next day. Everything is freshly baked and we intend on keeping it that way. Use of high quality oils, butters and cheese comes with a draw back which is every bakers nightmare - shorter shelf life. But fresh baked breads is our promise.

• Concentrate on what us ‘Mumbaikars’ adore - As a young child, I remember eating chutney sandwiches (chutney rolls), pizzas (pizza twists), street side vada pav’s (baked vada pavs). We intend on continuing to serve the taste of Mumbai.

• Maintain a hygienic workspace - Hygiene is the most important when it comes to food! Breads and bakes is a pure vegetarian kitchen and intends to remain so. We do not have massive overhead costs and thus this enables us to maintain our high standards which we will continue to do in the near future.

Breads and Bakes strives to keep introducing new breads. Those that we do not get good feedback about, we accept and choose to discontinue. Thus everything you see on our menu remains a hit.
