At breadsandbakes.com, every order is a special ‘make to order’, so that customer truly enjoys the taste & freshness same as right from Kitchen. So, to make this possible we try our best to send your order via fastest logistics such as Wefast or Porter to ensure swift delivery.

Shipping Policy:

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed or as mentioned by the customer on the website. Incase of unavailability of the product, the same will be cancelled and the money will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Post Dispatch, deliveries are done across Mumbai or India within 2-5 hours & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.

Shipping Charges:

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from our bakers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same

We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at eat@breadsandbakes.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8850361733 within 7 hours hours of delivery of the product.

Concerns raised regarding the product after 7 hours will not be entertained.
