Can i order for the same day?
We typically do not take same day orders. We work with home bakers that use almost no preservatives in their foods, so nothing is ready and is on pre order only. However, you can whatsapp us on +918850361733 and we can check if anything is ready
what courier service do you use?
We use services such as Borzo (earlier Wefast) to deliver to your location. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, which is why we work with delivery slots.
What if i have a special request?
You can include a note while placing your order. We will do our best to pass on the information to the baker and ask them to incorporate your request. However, nothing is guaranteed
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain breadsandbakes.com to your safe senders list.
Can I speak directly to the baker?
We do not allow you to speak directly with the baker simply because at the end of the day, breadsandbakes.com is taking your order and it is our duty to ensure it is fulfilled
What is your return policy?
We do not have a return policy. At the end of the day these are consumables and we and our vetted bakers work hard to give you the best possible product
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
Which cities are you available in?
At the moment, we are available only in Mumbai but we hope to expand soon.
